马建国,天津大学电子信息工程学院院长、天津大学长江学者特聘教授,因在微波电子和射频集成电路的应用方面的杰出成就(leadership in microwave electronics and RFIC applications),当选IEEE Fellow。马建国教授,于德国杜伊斯堡大学获电子工程博士学位,1996~1997年在加拿大新斯科舍工业大学(TUNS)攻读博士后。马建国教授先后在新加坡南洋理工大学集成电路研究中心和电子科技大学任职,现为天津大学电子信息工程学院教授、学院院长。近年来,由其领衔承担了国家“863计划”等科研项目十余项,申报国家发明专利8项。其主要研究领域包括射频集成电路与微波单片集成电路、微波与毫米波系统、RFID与无线传感器网络、混合信号集成系统、工业物联网与工业智能化。马建国教授在上述领域中发表SCI源期刊论文121篇(其中IEEE论文48篇)、英文书两本、美国授权RFIC专利六项、中国授权/公示专利13项。

宋健,1990年7月清华大学电子工程系信息与通信工程专业本科毕业,曾于1990年获得第一届清华大学特等奖学金。1995年3月获得清华大学电子工程系信息与通信工程专业博士学位,是第一个系内跨学科的博士,导师冯重熙教授、范重澄教授和姚彦教授,论文研究方向为光纤通信系统建模和特性仿真。1995年3月留校任教,先后在香港中文大学讯息工程学系从事光纤通信系统系统特性的博士后研究、在加拿大滑铁卢大学电机和计算机工程系从事光纤通信系统仿真软件设计的博士后研究。1997年6月被聘为副教授。1998年进入美国休斯网络系统公司,在ADG (Advanced Development Group)从事研究工作。研究领域涉及无线IEEE 802.11n物理层建议、卫星W-CDMA系统、HAP系统、卫星通信系统特性仿真、电子扫描天线等。2005年1月回到清华大学,现任数字电视技术研究中心主任,兼任广东省和深圳市数字电视系统重点实验室主任。

曹进德(欧洲科学院院士、IEEE Fellow),博士生导师,四川大学理学博士,香港中文大学博士后,现任东南大学特聘教授,校学术委员会副主任、理学部主任、数学系主任、复杂系统与网络科学研究中心主任。现为Thomson Reuters工程学、计算机科学和数学三个领域的全球高被引用科学家(Highly Cited Researchers),江苏省高校“青蓝工程”科技创新团队负责人,江苏省“333 高层次培养工程”领军人才, 2014年获Thomson Reuters首届中国引文桂冠奖,2010 年获江苏省科学技术一等奖(排名第一),2008 年获Thomson Reuters 卓越研究奖(独立),2007 年获教育部自然科学奖二等奖(排名第一)。

The topics cover signal analysis, electronics and engineering,including Basis of telecommunication systems; Linear and angle modulations for analog signal Transmissions; Sampling, quantizing and coding of analog signals; Pulse code modulation; Code patterns and their spectrum characteristic, inter-symbol interference and system performances of digital baseband Transmissions; Modulation/demodulation and system performances of Binary Digital Modulated Transmissions; Modulation/demodulation and system performances of M-ary Digital Modulated Transmissions; Optimum Receivers; Phase Locked Loop; Synchronization.
Majoring in communication and signal processing , Signals and Systems is an important basic course, many of its concepts and methods are widely used in communication, automatic control, signal processing, circuits and systems, and many other related fields. In recent years, with the development of the theory and application of information technology, Concepts of signals and systems are gradually extending, in addition to traditional professional, this course is affecting an increasing number of other professional and areas.
Digital Signal Processing is an important basic course of Information and Communication majors; it is aiming at digital signal and digital systems, analysis and research the digital signal and digital system from the perspective of signal and system. The main contents include: Concept of digital signal processing; Discrete fourier transform; Fast fourier transform; Structures for the digital filter; Filter design for the IIR and FIR filter; Multirate digital signal processing; Finite wordlength effects in DSP.
C++ is a low-level language with modern programming ideas. Maybe you have to learn other programming languages, but C + + allows you to better understand the computing machine. Creating more complex programs would need that you would have to have direct access over how memory is used. Pointers, for instance is something that you cannot utilize in other high level languages. If you are really interested about serious programming, C++ should be your main priority.
