· A minimum of a 2.1 honours degree in a relevant discipline such as Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, Public Health, Health Psychology, or a related health or behavioural science field
Desirable
· A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Exercise Science, Public Health, Health Psychology or related field)
· An Exercise for Health Specialist qualification or equivalent professional accreditation
· Experience or interest in exercise prescription and/or delivery in clinical or community settings
· Knowledge of behaviour change theories and techniques relevant to physical activity
· Experience with group-based or sport-based physical activity interventions
Knowledge & Experience
Essential
· Knowledge of physical activity, exercise science, or health-related research in clinical or community settings
· Understanding of research methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods) and ability to apply them appropriately
· Demonstrated experience in academic writing (e.g., undergraduate or postgraduate thesis, research reports, or assignments)
Desirable
· Knowledge of exercise oncology, cancer survivorship, or men’s health
· Experience in conducting research activities such as literature reviews, data collection, or data analysis
Skills & Competencies
Essential
