Conveniently located in Hsinchu, known as the ‘Silicon Valley of Taiwan,’ NTHU is close to the Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park (HSIP) and is only an hour’s drive away from Taipei. NTHU is easily accessible by bus, High Speed Rail and other types of public transportation.

NTHU provides guaranteed international degree students campus accommodation. Dormitories are separated by levels of studies (undergraduate or graduate) and genders (male or female). Room sizes range from accommodating one person to four people. All rooms are furnished and utilities are included. Students pay for air-conditioner separately.
