The Technion campus comprises 300 acres and 86 buildings. The main campus, Technion City, is located on the slopes of Mount Carmel in Haifa.
The university has two additional campuses: the original building in midtown Haifa is now home to the Israel National Museum of Science, Technology and Space; the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine is located next to the sea in the Bat Galim, adjacent to Rambam Hospital, the largest medical centre in Northern Israel.
Haifa Airport serves Eilat and charter flights to Cyrpus. The closest international airport is Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv, a two-hour drive or an hour by train.
There are six train stations in Hafia, three of which are open 24 hours excluding the Sabbath.
Regular bus services run throughout the city.
