Nagoya University has its headquarters in Chikusa-ku, Nagoya – the largest city in the Chubu region of Japan. Its main campuses – Higashiyama, Tsurumai, and Daiko – are all located in north east area Nagoya, where there are good subway connections.

There are six university residences available to international research fellows: International Residence Higashiyama, Researchers Village HIGASHIYAMA, Noyori Conference Hall, Idaka-cho Residence, Researchers Village DAIKO and Researchers Village YAKUMO. Costs vary between the location and room space, and range from £222 to £628 per month.
