Hokkaido University is in the centre of Sapporo, Japan’s fifth largest city. With many historic buildings and open green spaces, the campus is regularly voted the most beautiful in Japan. It is only 35 minutes by train from New Chitose Airport to Sapporo, and then 10 minutes on foot from Sapporo Station to the main university entrance.
