The Summer Housing of the Services des Résidences de l’Université offers to travelers, students and non-students alike, an affordable accomodation service only minutes away from the city’s center. Open year round, we offer different packages depending on the season and the university’s calendar. Also, different types of rooms are available according to the level of comfort you are looking for. Regardless of the accomodation you choose, our prices are always amongst the most affordable. We offer packages for short stays (less than 4 weeks) to fit the needs of tourists and visitors, as well as extended stays (4 weeks or more) for those who want to stay longer or for seasonal workers. Special packages are also available and can be customized for event holders (conventions, conferences or others) and groups, school related or not. Bedding, towels and parking are included in short stay packages only (less than 4 weeks), as well as a room cleaning service twice a week. For extended stay packages (4 weeks or more) a mailbox, voice mail and kitchen locker (storage unit) are made available for travellers. Bedding can also be offered during extended stays for a slight supplement. Located on the oldest francophone university in North America, the four resident buildings will allow you to live an unforgettable experience, full of life, rich culture and close to the most beautiful touristic sites in Quebec City.

Athletics take place at the vast PEPS complex. Laval's varsity sports team are named the Rouge-et-Or (Red & Gold). The men's football Laval Rouge-et-Or were the 2013 Canadian champions and won seven Vanier Cups in ten years from 2003 to 2013.
