Hong Kong Baptist University has five campuses, of which Ho Sin Hang Campus, Shaw Campus and Baptist University Road Campus are located in Kowloon Tong. Kowloon Tong MRT station is the closest to these campuses.

Hong Kong Baptist University has four student residence halls – Cai Hall, Yang Hall, Song Hall, and Zhou Hall. First year undergraduate students can choose to live on or off campus. Second year and more senior undergraduate students are not eligible to apply to on-campus accommodation. The Office of Student Affairs at HKBU also manages off-campus student accommodation, where rents vary between £327 and £387 (HK$3,800–4,500) per month.
