It is possible if your undergraduate degree is in engineering or science. For example, we have admitted students who obtained a BS in chemistry and most have performed well. Students with a non-chemical engineering background must take certain undergraduate ChemE courses before they can be fully integrated into the graduate program. Please review the list of courses on the degree requirements page and note that this can mean it takes up to 3 quarters longer to complete a degree.
