Han Lu, Wolfgang Keller

Han Lu is the Nathan F. Brand Chair Professor in Real Estate and Urban Economics at the Wisconsin School of Business, faculty director of the Urban Economics and Real Estate Ph.D. program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the first vice president of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA), and a research affiliate at the Institute for Research on Poverty (IRP). She is now an associate editor at the Review of Financial Studies, the Regional Science and Urban Economics, the Journal of Housing Economics, the Journal of Urban Economics, and on the editorial board of Real Estate Economics and Journal of Real Estate Research, and was the editor of Real Estate Economics. Wolfgang Keller is a professor of economics at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the University of Colorado-Boulder, a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, a research fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research, and a research professor at CESifo. Professor Keller is recognized as a highly influential scholar in the fields of international trade and investment, and innovation and economic development. As of December 2023, he was ranked within the top 0.5% of authors globally on RePEc (Research Papers in Economics) based on weighted citations.
