The HKUST(GZ) Summer School invites students from around the world to join us for an enriching summer experience at HKUST(GZ). Participants can select from a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate-level credit-bearing courses taught by our esteemed faculty, as well as several non-credit programs designed to offer a glimpse into university life and interdisciplinary learning. Our Summer School combines rigorous academic pursuits with multicultural experiences, reflecting our dedication to innovation, inclusivity, and international collaboration.

Review Application Materials and Notify Admission Results (Rolling Admission Notification by June 19, 2026)
HKUST(GZ) will review your submission and notify you of the admission decision by email.

Complete Payment (Rolling Payment)
Successful applicants will be notified and asked to confirm their acceptance by completing the payment within 7 calendar days. Your place will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Offer Issuance upon Successful Payment (by June 26, 2026)
Once the payment is successfully processed, the university will issue an official admission offer.

Visa Application (Self-care, if applicable)
Admitted applicants will receive an official Admission Letter issued by HKUST(GZ) for visa applications. Please note that all applicants are responsible for arranging their visa (if needed) and travelling to and from the university. International students coming to China for the summer school could apply for a visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in their country of nationality or country of residence.
