项目资助情况
The doctoral researcher position is fully funded and will be preferably filled during summer or fall 2025 with some flexibility in the starting date. A trial period of six months applies to all our new employees. The salary will be based on both the job requirements and the employee’s personal performance in accordance with the salary system of Finnish universities( https://www.sivista.fi/in-english/general-collective-agreement-for-universities/ ). The position of a Doctoral researcher is placed on the job demands levels 2−4. A typical starting salary is between 2600-2850 EUR/month. Our incentive salary system for Doctoral Researchers ensures salary increases based on the progress of the doctoral degree and thesis.

申请要求
Candidates must hold an internationally recognized Master degree in Physics, ideally worked in the field of atom physics or matter waves. If the degree has not yet been completed, applicants must complete their degree no later than 30 September, 2025. Good written and spoken English skills are essential. Knowledge in programming languages, e.g., Matlab, Pytyhon, or similar are appreciated. Interest in quantum foundations, matter waves, and atom physics are advantageous. The candidate should further like to work in an international, collaborative research group, enjoy working with colleagues (national & international) and help at later stages of the PhD studies in supervising Bachelor and Master students and teaching tasks.
